PROBLEM:
The client needed to dig up to an altitude of -4.00 m from the ground level in an area occupied by a rolling / accumulation basin. Great attention was paid to the drainage system, as the soil was very heterogeneous, with a layer of coarse gravel down to -3.00 m and then flowing into a very compact clayey bank up to many meters deep.
SOLUTION:
Construction of a barrier to dissect the existing basin for the subsequent creation of 4 pre-filtered wells diam 600mm with free suction pumps for the drainage of water from the most permeable layer, avoiding clogging of the drainage system.
RESULT:
Abatement of the water table to the required depth without hindering processing or clogging risks for the system.
Application: Excavation for accumulation tank

Pump typology: Vacuum-assisted self-priming electric pumps
