The construction of civil, commercial and industrial buildings, bridges, dams, dry docks, hydroelectric plants, openworks or tunnels, laying underground pipelines, lining of canals, archaeological excavations or environmental remediation frequently involve the execution of deep excavations in permeable soils, often pushed below the groundwater.
To operate in optimal and safe conditions, it’s necessary to lower the groundwater level below the bottom of the excavation so to avoid working in loose soils due to the continuous flow of water mixed with the ground.
For these and many other reasons (elimination of hydrostatic thrusts, ease of excavation and transport of excavated materials etc.), it’s necessary to use the appropriate equipment and techniques to the specific case and site, linked to the different stratigraphic types of the soil and the needs of the site.
Crewell aims to support their customers with everything they need. From consultancy services to the rental of pumps and equipment, to the supply and turnkey management of the entire plant, Crewell leaves the customers free to choose the service that best suits their needs.
